Hours Account Deletion
1. Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of your Hours account and related data for the Hours app provided by QOOQ Inc.
2. How to request deletion
Please send an email to the address below.

- Subject: Hours account deletion request
Please include the following information so we can verify your identity.
- The email address registered with Hours, or the email address used for Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple
- Your display name or nickname in the app
- Your request: account deletion
Deleting your Google account or Apple ID alone does not automatically delete your Hours data. If you want your Hours account and data deleted, please contact us using the method above.
3. Data that will be deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we generally delete the following data associated with your Hours account.
- Account information: email address, display name, nickname, profile image, biography, and similar profile data
- Learning data: study logs, check-in history, goals, and study settings
- Community data: following / follower relationships, timeline posts, and related metadata
- Uploaded content: files uploaded to Hours, such as profile images
- Support and feedback records associated with your account
4. Data that may be retained and retention periods
Some records may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and accounting purposes.
- Purchase, subscription, payment, and refund records: up to 7 years
- Backup data and security logs: up to 90 days
- Records required for legal obligations or dispute resolution: retained as long as necessary, then deleted or anonymized
Aggregated or anonymized statistics that do not identify you may be retained after deletion.
5. Processing time
We generally begin processing deletion requests within 7 business days after receipt. After identity verification, we aim to remove data from production systems within 30 days.
Backups and records that must be retained for legal reasons will be deleted after the retention periods listed above.
